Hi Amy,

http://pd.nettrekker.com/moodle/mod/lesson/view.php?id=1963
This page offers "Need some assistance: View Step-by-Step instructions" - but it doesn't work. It is not a link as it was in the last lesson "Basics."

I totally take back my nevermind. I thought I had it figured out, and it turns out I was wrong. I'm sorry if it feels like I am spamming you.

I am having some trouble with the save search feature. It says to save to "NT101 module 2" folder, but there is no such folder. What do I do?! It is only available for NT 101 course 6AB, and I am in course 7AB.

Amy, I can't get into the netTrekker 101 Moodle. I get a weird page of errors. I've used both user names and passwords. I can get into netTrekker itself and obviously netTrekker village. Also, Wendy Tuominen from Osseo is classed as a student in netTrekker, using her 101 given name and now can't get in. Is there anything I can do to help her?

Thank you. I am having a hard time getting logged onto my nettrekker profile. For the Explore assignments, i am not understanding what i am supposed to do. It gives me a page and says to log on. Once I got logged on, i'm not sure where to go to submit my username in the submission box.

Amy-
This is a great site! I didn't even realize it existed. I watched a video last night- "If I was your son" It was great. I think I am going to show it at one of the trainings I give to my teachers.

Differentiated Instruction is a real significance in the classroom. While I was in charge of discipline as an assistant principal in a middle school, I recognized easily those teachers who were using various instruction styles to address student needs. The teachers who did not vary instruction were the ones with discipline issues. We used Thoughful Education practices and using nettrekker could be an easy way to find lessons that will address a variety of student needs. I like the varied readability and open read aloud for students who struggle. The image search would be very helpful for the non-readers.
