Hi, We don't use Nettrekker as much as we should, but it's a good product.

Be the first to have 5 teachers join the village and mention your name and win a Starbucks gift card! I'm keeping track :)

Kathy -
How can we encourage more WI educators to join us here at the Village? Is it possible to send a message out via the CESAs?

Welcome Mary! I think we will find like minds in this group. More so, though, I hope we learn success in getting teachers and classrooms using this great tool to its capacity by sharing what works and how to engage staff and students.

Perhaps in your trainings you can suggest joining this network so that WI teachers can share. MPS teachers have a lot of great ideas and strategies to share.

I am excited to be part of this group! I have been using and training MPS educators for over 4 years now and there is no better tool on the web for students, teachers and parents than netTrekker d.i.
After opening a session by searching a topic on Google and then netTrekker, I always get the comment from teachers, "why would I use Google when this is so much better for our students"? The challenge in MPS is getting teachers to let go of what they know - step out of their comfort zone, and embrace tools which will help kids learn and be safe on the web.
