No, I looked at the ADE and you are right. I just thought we had more up-to-date versions. Sorry for the confusion.

Kari,
I looked through the AR frameworks posted on netTrekker. From what I have seen so far, everything looks up to date and current. The frameworks are the same as listed on the ADE website and with AR framework revision cycle. I am going to post a link to the revision cycle for frameworks. Is there something that you have found that I have missed?

Hi Janice,

We are training all of the co-op reps tomorrow & Wed., so that they can come and train their districts. Check with your co-op rep for times when he/she will be scheduling a training in your area.

Does anyone know if there is training scheduled for the eastern side of the state?

Thanks for letting me know.

Kari,

One more thing that will explain why you're seeing the old standards, Academic Benchmarks' practice, and therefore netTrekker's practice, is to leave an older set of standards in the list of standards for a state until the state formally marks those standards obsolete. This allows teachers who may have taught under the older standards to have them for reference as they migrate their lessons to the new standards. Many teachers have found this very helpful.

Hi Kari,

We get our standards data from Academic Benchmark who provide the exact text of state-adopted standards. They are updated in netTrekker within a few weeks of adoption by any of the 50 states. If there is a question about a particular standard, let me know and I can check into for you. Generally, when this question arises, it's because there are standards that are "under review" but have yet to be officially adopted. Feel free to contact me directly. I'm in until 2pm your time, and then I'm on my way to your great state!

I'm very concerned about the standards being so outdated and only have fine arts on NetTrekker. If we are going to get teachers to use that feature, it really needs to be updated. The curriculum frameworks are out of date as well. I checked other states, and they are not up to date either. Anyone know if they plan on fixing this?
